The Spirit and Power of Elijah are much more than temple work. The Lord explains that before He comes again, He will send Elijah the prophet to  “Turn the heart of the fathers to the sons, and the hearts of the sons to their fathers.” (Malachi 4:5-6) Otherwise, it will be total destruction.

Did you notice that this version (Young’s Literal Translation and The Jubilee Bible) uses the word “sons” instead of “children” (King James Version)? I went to the online Bible Hub and did some studies. Looking at the Hebrew word in this verse of Malachi, it is “banim,” which is usually translated “sons” throughout the Bible (there are 96 occurrences). Why the King James and other versions chose to translate it “children,” is beyond me. This translation is one of the things that obscure the meaning of the scriptures.

If you look at the meaning of the relationship of Fathers to sons, and sons to Fathers, you will recognize that this is the vassal – king covenant relationship. The Father and Son relationship is the vassal king relationship. Or the proxy savior relationship, which has a more expansive meaning when applied to Malachi 4:6. Before the great and dreadful day of the Lord (Second Coming), Elijah comes and brings the spirit and power of Elijah, which is the sealing power of the priesthood, the fulness of the Gospel whereby people are sealed up — translated — to a higher level — the terrestrial level. These people become one of the 144,000 servants to deliver and protect the people who have survived the chaos of plagues and earthquakes and war. These servants protect as in the vassal king covenant relationship. Otherwise, the whole world is destroyed, and no one is saved—what a waste.

The earth will be moving on from its telestial existence to terrestrial life. Everything earthly, everything telestial will be destroyed so that Christ can come to a more glorified earth — the terrestrial Zion earth. The spirit and power of Elijah is the only way this can happen.

I send you Elijah the Prophet

Malachi 4:5 —
Young’s Literal Translation
Lo, I am sending to you Elijah the prophet, Before the coming of the day of Jehovah, The great and the fearful.
Behold, I send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the LORD:
Malachi 4:6  —
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

Turn the heart of the fathers

Malachi 4:6 —
And he hath turned back the heart of fathers to sons, And the heart of sons to their fathers, Before I come and have utterly smitten the land!
and he shall convert the heart of the fathers to the sons, and the heart of the sons to the fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with destruction.
And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
