We visited our granddaughters. And we continued to work. I’m hoping we can continue to work from our virtual office. After years of not having those little hands around your neck, you miss it.
I love being with my grand kids, a two-year old can really lift my spirits. I know this sounds funny, but when you are a grandparent, a two-year old can be relaxing.
Even rejuvenating.
I feel as if I am on vacation from the cares of the world. Maybe this is why all my friends with grand kids say it’s the best thing.
It is.
I am glad I jumped into this parenting thing. I am doubly glad that my daughter and son-in-law have jumped in too. What a blessing.
